I have a panasonic tuner that has buttons for record, stop, play, and I can change TV channels with it. I had it read to me in the tuner book that I could finalize disks. Once a disk is full, I guess, I can hit record again and finalize the disk. What does this mean and how can a blind person do this? I bought rewritable disks but once it is finalized, can I rewrite over the original recording? I listen to TV through my stereo.
